This policy explains how Royal Door processes data when you use your account, chat, voice rooms, audio/video calls, games, and user-generated content features.

Data We Process

• Account and sign-in data: name, email, phone number when used, profile photo, and sign-in provider identifiers for Google, Facebook, or Apple.
• User content: messages, photos, videos, audio, files, posts, stories, room data, and reports.
• Device and diagnostics: device type, operating system, language, app version, session identifiers, and performance information.
• Usage and advertising data: interactions with rooms, games, features, notifications, ads, advertising ID, and ad interaction data.
• Safety and support data: block and report records, fraud-prevention records, and support requests.

How We Use Data

We use data to operate accounts, authentication, chat, voice rooms, calls, games, storage, notifications, advertising, diagnostics, safety tools, fraud prevention, and account deletion requests.

Service Providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, notifications, App Check, and cloud functions; Agora for audio and video; Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Apple Sign-In for authentication; Google AdMob for advertising; and WebView or external content providers for selected games and links.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country under their own policies. We do not sell personal data.

Permissions

Camera, microphone, Bluetooth, photos, video, files, notifications, and Internet access are requested only for related features. Precise location and contacts are not required for core features.

Advertising and Consent

The app uses Google AdMob. Ads may vary based on device settings, location, and consent. You can manage personalized advertising in Google settings or through the consent screen when shown.

User-Generated Content

Users may send messages, images, video, audio, and posts. Reporting, blocking, and removal tools are available. Sexual or exploitative content, illegal or violent content, and intellectual-property infringement are prohibited.

Virtual Currencies

Points, stars, and virtual items are completely free. They are not money and cannot be purchased, redeemed for cash, or converted into real currency. The app has no paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or external payment system.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data while needed for the account, service, safety, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it when no longer necessary. Account deletion is available from the app security settings. Backups and legally required records may take additional limited time to expire.

Children and Your Rights

The app is not directed to children under 13. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
